In the interview, her parents spoke about how they never really approved of Babes passion for dancing and her love for partying. Instead, they preferred that she pursue a career in becoming a social worker as she loved children and older citizens.
Little did her parents know that by following her passion for dancing and entertaining people would lead the entire family to a life of joy, happiness whilst helping other people in the process.
During the interview, her proud father then told Drum that Babes recently bought them a house in Glenwood Durban and that she is also planning on opening an old-age home soon as well.
"I will call you when we open the old-age home. The home is already registered - I just came back from the meeting to finalize a few things." Said Mrs. Simelane

The probation officers’ report states that the teen girl “indicates to be se.xually obsessed. She can’t control her emotions. She said she spent three nights with her boyfriend having intimacy relationship. The juvenile (the accused), seems to have serious social and behavioural challenges.”
The report also states that the 17-year-old boy “seems to be confused with his body changes. He seems to be se.xually precocious. He has no interest in alcohol but se.xual intercourse and it seems no one is guiding him with regard to s/exuality, adolescence and puberty.”
In court, the boy pleaded guilty to one count of sleeping with a minor and was sentenced to receive six strokes of the rattan cane by Magistrate Pater Madiba.

Its sad to note that as a person grows into their age, the diseases begins to mount since our white cells becomes weaker as we grow. As for my long time patient Dumi Masilela, he was suffering from a liver condition and also he had an issue with his kidneys which were not working well. We tried by all means to help him but his condition was deteriorating by day. He was left with about 48 weeks to live since his body organs were not longer responding to treatment”,Dr Mogorosi was quoted.

After weeks of being at the center of controversy over grammatical and factual errors in her book, Bonang Matheba has spoken out about it being pulled from shelves
During Friday night’s episode of her reality show, Being Bonang, she explained why she decided to retract the book.
She said she instructed publishers to republish her book because of “what people thought was wrong with it”.
Bonang’s memoir, Bonang: From A to B, was recalled from Exclusive Books stores across the country, after it got major public backlash for weeks over errors in it. Customers who bought it were also offered full refunds.
“So, there was drama surrounding my book, so I said, you know what, in order to keep these people quiet, let’s take this book back, reprint it and fix the things they thought were wrong with the book and re-release it,” Bonang said.
Bonang added that she believes everything happens for a reason and now the book is better than before
“It’s going to be a brand-new edition coming out at the end of this particular week. My book tour starts again and I think it’s so awesome that my fans have been supportive. I’m so excited. I think there is a reason why everything happens. Now the book is even better.”
